Atty. Marlyn R. Bacani is a corporate law practitioner and specializes in corporate liquidation, mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property laws. 

 

Atty. Bacani also leads in corporate structuring and drafting intricate commercial transactions. She also handles various litigation cases and deals primarily with mediation and conciliation proceedings. Currently, she sits as corporate secretary and director to companies, and likewise provides consultancy work to other agencies.

Atty. Bacani finished her law degree at San Beda University College of Law in Mendiola, Manila. She is a consistent valedictorian of her class since grade school, thus deserving her to receive various scholarships in finishing her studies. A recipient of Ideaspace Entrepreneurship Development Program, she finished her short course in Asian Institute of Management School of Executive Education. She obtained her college degree of Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration at the University of the Philippines, Diliman as cum laude.
