Noleth pursued Secondary Education Major in English at De La Salle University-Manila. She was awarded the Jose Rizal First Honors Certificate during her time at the university and graduated Cum Laude in 2017. She obtained her Career Service Professional Eligibility that same year and became a Licensed Professional Teacher in 2018. After three years of teaching English in high school, she transitioned to work as a paralegal, gaining practical experiences at RFGCO accounting firm and Villasis law office.

Currently in her third year of law school at Lyceum of the Philippines University-Makati, Noleth is actively involved in campus activities, serving as the Public Relations Officer for the Law Student Government and contributing to LPU Bar Operations from 2021 to 2023. She joined BD Law as a paralegal to utilize her skills under the mentorship of the Partners and serve the firms clients.
